– Do you accept returns on your products?
As mentioned clearly in our T&Cs – we have a guarantee on our plants once they are in your care for 10 days, it is your responsibility to maintain them, as we only provide healthy and happy plants and cannot be responsible for neglect.
Due to most of our product sales being living, geo-fleur does not accept returns or exchanges.
Workshops are also non refundable or exchangeable.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items or wholesale orders.
– Do you ship your products out of the UK?
Unfortunately not, we cannot ship any of our products out of the UK due to custom laws.
– Do you offer wholesale?
Yes please email email@example.com for our latest line sheet.
– If I need my order quickly, is this possible?
As we are a two lady team, we work to a 14 working day dispatch date, but we may be able to dispatch your order faster, please email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding this.
– I've ordered a plant subscription, when will it be dispatched?
We dispatch #plantpostclub boxes on the second week of the month, but please check on instagram for updates.
– I've ordered a plant subscription as a gift, will my recipient get an email letting them know?
Your lucky recipient will receive a lovely card with their first subscription box. You can let them know its on its way or leave it as a surprise, it's up to you.
